There has been a big infactuation for laptops of late. It seems like the demand is overwhelming the supply as manufacturers are struggling to meet deadlines for shipments. I think the unfortunate thing for manufacturers is that it doesn’t look like anything will diminish this demand for laptops. The technology is progressing in all directions simultaneously too.
I’ve seen a lot of gaming laptops being introduced as of late. Because of the rising production and fast shifts it means important components are cheaper in price than a couple of years ago. I think laptops are a excellent alternative for playing games. Maybe not exactly for the extreme but they’re excellent for the large number of us. These days the large number of gaming laptops aint even large, bulky and noisy. Despite the fact gaming laptops have improved in numerous areas, in terms of absolute power they still cannot compete with desktops. I think gaming laptops are always exciting to read about because they are always testing the envelope on portable technology.
Speaking of gaming laptops, the greater options are obtainable when they are custom built. I think the components are more credible and run more reliably. It just allows the buyer substantial choice when it comes down to it. Most of the notebooks found in highstreet shops are aimed to get the maximum market share and not the smaller niche sectors. A custom made notebooks this issue. Resellers who provide custom laptops typically provide a more personal and local service too. To me this is a great positive.
Breathtaking is a word that comes to mind when thinking of the next rang of laptop computers. The current trend along with those discussed looks to be low cost umpc’s. Its ridiculous how devices developed for the 3rd world countries have become hyped in the developed countries. I personally feel that we’re likely to see ultra light 15″ laptops very quickly too. Durable enclosures required for such laptops are still too expensive. Gaming laptops will get smaller, that’s for sure. Even though notebooks technology follows plans theres always going to be a idea that transforms all that.
Rizeon sell some of the best laptops at present.

If you do a lot of browsing on the internet, particularly in the arenas of business opportunities and internet marketing, you cannot have failed to have noticed all the so called “Doublers” springing up every few hours. Just invest a bit of your hard earned money, and it will keep doubling for ever and ever and you will be rich in no time. Have you seen them?
Many of them reflect the hazards and vulnerability of the internet, to those who are unsuspecting and vulnerable to the “Get Rich Quick” lure. Yet another doubler popped up on my screen recently. Usually I just pass them by, but this time I just went in to do what everyone should do, looked for who was behind it, how to contact them, what experience and track record they had. The answer was as I expected. The only contact was a form in which you gave them your email address. So they had captured you as a lead. But what about them? Who were “they”?
“They” did not exist, at least as far as that particular website was concerned. No names, no address, no telephone number, no fax number, not even an email address. The website could have been set up by a crook in an open prison in England, a nursery school student in the US, a nun in the African jungle, my 12 month old daughter while I wasn’t looking, or, most likely, a scam artist just about anywhere in the world.
Of course, there was a table showing you how much you would earn if you threw your innocent cash at the scam. Put in $200, and soon you’d get $400; put in $10,000 and soon you’d get $20,000. Well, they were educated enough to work out what double was; that’s a big plus I suppose, in a world where substance is thin on the ground. So, how did they pay out these rewards? Well, no indication of that, or anything else important. It was a simple web, woven to tempt an innocent.
Before putting your money, even your precious time, into any business, online or offline, it is best to put in some due diligence. Large companies do it on a grand scale when mounting a takeover bid, but it’s just as important for an individual looking into a small business to work from home.
Please, always check out at least the following before committing to an online business or program:
1. The Contact and About Us information. There should be a physical address, and telephone number, plus at least the name of the main person behind the program, as well as an email address of course.
2. If there is a name of an individual, try to check out their track record when it comes to running an online business. They could be very experienced and you may be in at the beginning of their latest success story. Or they may have no business experience at all. A simple search may reveal some interesting facts, or lack of them.
There are many things you can check on, of course, which will improve your chances of hitting on the right business. However, before you do any market, product or price research, use the two above checks to set the first hurdle. If the program falls at those hurdles, it’s best to look elsewhere. After all, there are lots of good programs and businesses out there which have behind them all the experience, credibility, and accessibility you could wish for.

Businesses and individuals that find themselves operating on ever-enlarging circles of influence can now cut costs and hassle by incorporating the use of conferencing solutions.
Conferencing software has developed in response to the widening global economy, wherein businesses and other types of international organizations must maintain frequent contact with individuals widespread across nations and the globe.
Conferencing solutions include video and audio conferencing. They are both large and small scale, and can entail as many aspects as might be needed given the situation.
The most convenient forms of conferencing are those that are available through the internet. Both businesses and individuals can hook up with others miles away through their personal computers, for a large meeting or a private conversation.
Audio conferencing entails just the vocal aspects of the meeting. Audio conferencing over the internet is cost effective, as it does not entail the exorbitant costs that are put out by long distance carriers, and this is even more true for businesses. There are many application that are available for audio conferencing, both as software purchases through companies such as Microsoft and applications available for free on the internet that can be used by the individual or small business owner, such as Skype. All the different conferencing packages have their advantages and disadvantages in terms of security, privacy, and reliability, and theses are usually dependant on cost.
Video conferencing is also available through the internet, in real time. Video conferencing usually involves more equipment than audio depending on the size of the meeting. Sometimes, a single monitor is enough to accurately depict several individuals, but more often than not businesses purchase large flat stand-up screens for video conferencing purposes, in order to have each individual at a desk or table visible for the duration.
Video conferencing often includes components that make for easy illustration, such as projected charts and graphs. It can also entail animated components, making the information easy to follow and understand. Video conferencing also offers detailed transcripts of proceedings for later review and other records.

Have you noticed since your WLS and return to regular eating a meal often causes you to become sleepy? Seriously sleepy. Drop your head in your plate sleepy.
This happens to me all the time. And there’s a good reason for it. When we eat the body produces a rise in blood sugar and a surge in insulin production. This chemical activity sends tryptophan to the brain where it becomes serotonin that signals the body “Take a nap!” Here come the nods, the yawns and the blinking eyes. WLS patients are highly susceptible to post meal sleepiness because of the shortened route to the small intestine. From there the tryptophan has a fast ride to the brain shouting almost like Paul Revere “The Sleepies are coming! The Sleepies are coming!”
Now, I don’t want any of you emailing my husband, but quite frequently I dramatically play the “I’m so sleepy” card and go to bed after dinner leaving him with the dishes and evening chores. (Feel free to try this at home!) In fact, he’s in the kitchen now doing tonight’s dishes!
This is fine for the evening meal, but what about a noonday meal? For example the business lunch. How can we socialize at our mid-day meal and not become a victim of the “Tryptophan Express” to Sleepytown?
A wise nutritional strategy for maintaining a sharp mental edge after lunch is to eat foods that give a gradual, steady release of food energy throughout the afternoon while placing only a light burden on the digestive system. Consider these strategies:
1. Emphasize healthy protein choices, like cold-water fish, beans and legumes, or a non-cream-based main dish soup or stew. Consume 60% of your volume from this group.
2. Choose a minimal serving of low-glycemic-index carbohydrates, like green salad, root vegetables in their skins, mushrooms, green leafy vegetables, broccoli, asparagus, or artichoke. Consume only 20% of your food volume from this group.
3. Be sure your food choices contain healthy fats, such as cold-water fish, flaxseed oil, olive oil vinaigrette (the vinegar helps slow the release of food energy), nuts, seeds, or avocado
4. Absolutely avoid sugary, starchy, or fatty foods like soft drinks, non-whole-grain pasta, fried foods, and rich or creamy sauces and dressings
5. Skip dessert.
Rest assured, (pun intended) by making wise food choices we can be alert, responsive and LivingAfterWLS! Just say no to the Sleepies by making wholesome healthy food choices.

To begin an endeavor like business ownership you must first consider your emotional fitness. Just as an athlete would increase his or her exercise routine or cut calories so should you take specific steps to become more emotionally fit. The first step is to evaluate your feelings. Take a moment to ask yourself questions about your emotions and what you are feeling. This process alone may give you the ability to deal with what you are experiencing and handle situations more quickly.
Negativity in my opinion is the one of the most powerful and destructive emotions, and can be like a cancer, consuming you in many areas of your life. It is important for you to interrupt any of these negative feeling with just the simple acknowledgement of these emotions with thinking back to a time that you had successfully dealt with these emotions and what you did to overcome them. Another method is to place yourself, your full self into a state of mind of being positive and confident. Engulf your full being to a place where your emotions and even your physical posture is fully present with the radiance of being positive.
Taking action and not allowing yourself to be stuck in limiting emotions, is your first step in becoming more emotionally fit for a successful and rewarding life of business opportunities.

Many Americans just starting or already in their retirement years have come to the conclusion that if they want to spend the golden years of their lives in a positively different, more relaxed environment compared to that of the U.S., and where, at the same time, they can have a good life without breaking the bank, they should seriously consider moving to Mexico.
Recently it has transcended in the news that hundreds of Americans are moving to the famous Rosarito Beaches area in the state of Baja California. It is paradoxical that as thousands of poor Mexicans are trying to get across the border northbound looking for a job; these many Americans cross the border southbound looking for an affordable house or apartment where to spend their retirement years. Of course the most looked after places in Rosarito are those with a good view to the beach, complementing the advantage of being close enough to the hospital and medical services of San Diego, in the U.S.
Baja California’s Tourism and Conventions Committee chairman has commented; “For them the beach in Rosarito is very attractive because it’s the same as in California, and the costs for a home here are very attractive. They are also attracted by the fact that they are in a different country but still near their home places and close to medical and other services in their country”.
Rosarito is only 40 minutes from the Tijuana border crossing point and is located in a section of the 112 km of beach that extends from Tijuana to Ensenada. According to the specialists, properties here can cost 10 times less than in the United States. This is so attractive for many Americans that the number of real estate projects has passed from 1 to 120 in the last 5 years according to the Real Estate Association President of Rosarito Beaches. He also indicated that it has been forecasted that during 2006 investments in real estate will reach 2500 million dollars, three times the figure reported in 2005.
It is interesting to know that daily, in average, there are 8 Americans retirees that are looking for a place to live in the Rosarito area, this without considering the Europeans and Chinese that also have began to consider spending their retirement years in the area.
The message is clear, those expecting to retire in the coming years should be considering Rosarito Beaches as one of their main options, everything indicates they will not regret it.
If you are thinking about retiring in Mexico or just want to learn more about all the great things you can find in this beautiful country, you should visit this great resource:

Businesspeople routinely hand out business cards to prospective customers, colleagues, and social acquaintances, both as a marketing technique and for an easy way to keep in touch.
Possibly because of the popularity of business cards, personal calling cards, which in decades past have gone out of fashion, are also making a comeback. Rather than scribble your name and phone number or email address on a scrap of paper, why not hand new acquaintances your personal calling card?
First, you need to decide on a style for your calling card. Designs range from the simply elegant to the boldly colorful; your choice should match your personality and your lifestyle. Second, you need to decide what information to include on your calling card. Traditionally cards include your name, address, and phone number; recently people have added their email address and sometimes their blog or other website address.
A caution: Be careful both in what information you include on your calling card and in the people you choose to share your card with. You don’t necessarily want to share your street address with people you don’t know, as you don’t want certain people showing up at your doorstep unannounced or, in a worst-case situation, stalking you. You also need to be careful of identity theft: The more personal information you share with people, the more you open yourself up to someone misusing that information.
You may actually want to have a couple different calling cards, and hand out your information on an as-needed basis. For casual acquaintances who want to contact you, a card with your name and either phone number or email address is sufficient; for people you need to do business with or who need your full information for a legitimate purpose, you can include your street address and/or post office box as well as your phone number and email address. Another option is to simply have your name embossed on an attractive card and then write whatever information you want to share on the back of the card.
If you create a well-designed calling card and use a few simple precautions, you will find that the simple act of handing out your cards will help you make a memorable impression on new acquaintances and make it more likely that you will hear from them soon, which is your goal.

Eyes That See - Beyond:
To capture the grandeur of Divine
With my puerile basic rhyme
A task I know I’ll not achieve
Though thought or soul I perceive
Lake Louise in translucent green and blue
The Mojave Desert after rain while flowers grew
The Canyons, cliffs and colors vibrant
The sounds of birds and water rushing discordant
When the dangers become apparent
To all that lives and is verdant
The Florida Keys, the Yucatan
I never got to see Japan.
Driving in the Rocky Mountain
Amazing changes of trees and rain
To the eyes that never knew
Grand nature I shared with you
Each new thing that we came upon
Your eyes lit up they truly shone
Real change came a year thereafter
As these horizons freed your rapture.
I remember when you saw Sedona
Coming through the forest past Oak Creek
And all the things you said ‘We’re gonna’
Each time a new vista you did peek
Was matched in all that you did seek
Touched me more than I’d ever known
Made me know how much I’ve grown
The open eyes of children see
Nature free as it should be
Imagine this - you did thank me?!
LEGENDS OF THE SOUL:
Legends of the ambergris
Elixirs, ambrosia do exist
Herbals and aphrodisiacs
Nothing but sex maniacs?
Why such nonsense does persist?
Pursuits of easy answers by any means?
While often their own life demeans
There are ways to get much power
But the real power requires you forego
Any need or personal quest borne of ego
Not just once but every hour
Gods be Greek or from Valhalla
Perhaps Arjuna from the Veda
Similar representations - the self same game
Call these concepts of energy by any name
You will not be given for what you came
Because these truths are first found ‘withi
This is more than irony or tragedy
The celestial constructs or a comedy
I often wonder with a grin!
Once you truly find yourself connected
Not long after you are infected
Then by means of inspection what is ‘without’
In years thereof you will remove all doubt
No longer needing gods for answers easy
No longer having a stomach queasy
With winged Hermes you’ll be traveling
Arjuna’s mysteries enjoined unraveling
Jesus studied long and hard
The answers of the Tarot card
Are not to be taken all alone
You must get down to the very bo
Immortal soul
Does have a goal!

The contemporary celebration of Halloween comes from the ancient Celtic festival of `Samhain.’ It is an annual celebration observed on October 31. It is a tapered version of All Hallows Eve. Halloween came to America through the Irish, who are believed to be modern descendents of the Celts. When the potato crop failed in Ireland, they migrated to America and brought their cultural practices with them.
Halloween was also observed as a harvest festival and New Year by the Celts. It also served as a vent for high morale before the onset of winter. In fact, in the 5th Century B.C. in Celtic Ireland summer officially ended on October 31 and the Samhain was observed on this occasion.
Masks are now used as part of Halloween celebrations. There are foam latex faces of ape men, aliens, demons, devils, mummies, reptiles, skulls, swamp witches, vampires, werewolves, zombies and other scary monsters.
The ancient Celts believed that all those who had died throughout the preceding year would come back in search of living bodies to possess for the next year. This was unacceptable for living people, so on the night of October 31 villagers would put out fires in their homes to make the spirits feel discarded. They would then dress up in all manner of macabre costumes and parade around the neighborhood in order to scare away spirits looking for live bodies to possess. There is also a record of Celts flaming up people thought to be haunted, as a stern warning to the spirits. However, modern historians dismiss these as fairy tales.
Masks provides detailed information on African Masks, Feather Masks, Gorilla Masks, Halloween Masks and more. Masks is affiliated with Yoga Mats.
